This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by MEDIA GOBBLER, INC.(“Gobbler”, “we” or “us”) with respect to your use of the Web site located at www.gobbler.com(the “Site”) and the Gobbler audio file storage and management service accessed through the Site (the "Service") so you can make an informed decision about using the Site and the Service.
